GreenFront is proud to announce the successful sale of Li-ion Tamer, a lithium-ion battery sensors business focused on predicting and preventing thermal runaway, to Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON). GreenFront served as exclusive financial advisor to Li-ion Tamer throughout the sale process and is pleased that the company will be joining Honeywell’s Building Automation business segment, offering best-in-class advanced smoke detection technology and life safety solutions.

This marks our Energy Services & Equipment Group’s sixth transaction in the past three years, complementing GreenFront’s broader coverage across Utility-scale and Distributed Generation Solar, Battery Storage, and Renewable Fuels.
